How to Select the Motor Roller Model

The surface speed of a motor roller (conveying speed) varies depending on the weight and material of the item being conveyed and the ambient temperature.
The table below shows measurement data obtained from an experiment under a model condition. When selecting the motor roller model, use the data for reference.

Motor roller conveyor unit

The unit consists of motor rollers and idle rollers which are linked through a special urethane round belt so as to work together. It can start conveying an item with a weight of 25 kg or less and a length of 150 mm or more.
